Well after all this talk about this build i decided to try it out even if im going to or not going to farm with it......however i have seem some movies in which people have gotten protective bond to only take off 1 energy when hit....how did they achieve this? at 16 prot prayers im still taking 3 energy off per hit...

You are several months too late in your attempt. Protective Bond was "adjusted" so the least you can lose now is 3 per hit.

With essence bond and balthazar's spirit up, you still lose 1 per hit.

These movies are a bit older. There was a time when it was possible to use protective bond in the described manner, however, the game developers stopped it in their update of August 25, 2005.
